News Prayer Partners Calendar

Dear Prayer Warrior,
We didn't have any idea this was going to happen at Radooga... it's a real deal!
I am not going to hide our needs until the end of the letter. We need your prayer and financial support to keep the fire God put in the ministry blazing.
As you read through the letter, please take a moment to either thank God for what He's done or ask Him to give us wisdom and support.

Conference
Never in the history of Radooga conferences before did we have more people participate than registered. Expecting a 15% drop we actually gained 70% more! The room that seated 1550 was almost full.

This tells us that this was not just one of the conferences we've done but the movement of youth seeking to glorify God and learn what the Bible says about LOVE on God's terms.

Randy Hall (President of Student Life) brought 11 orphans to the conference in Kiev. We travelled through the night and they didn't get much sleep but no one fell asleep at the conference. Even the guardian that the orphanage sent with us enjoyed the conference big time! God moved there.

John McCants (youth minister, vision trip participant)
The Radooga conference was awesome!!! The "spotless" purity theme was well-woven throughout all aspects of the conference, and the crowd responded with excitement and sincerity. The entire conference was executed with professionalism and enthusiasm. I left the conference with confidence that God is at work in the ministry of Radooga in Ukraine!

Special Guests
David Nasser was our speaker. He finally made it to Ukraine! He even brought his mom. Even though I had to translate for David the youth got the message about living biblically in the area of relationships.
Miss Ukraine Lika Roman challenged the youth to stay sexually pure.
The third part of the conference was a concert of "Vin Znaye" band and Alexei's power show. The youth loved it.

ROC (Radooga Orphan Camp) Ministry
God laid it on our hearts that we must join Him in reaching the orphans in Ukraine. We are currently developing a year around ministry to the orphans but we will start this summer with a pilot orphan camp in Kiev suburbs. (For those who've been to
Radooga camp that was close to the airport, it's that orphans rehab center across the fence whose "evil" director didn't allow the kids to participate at our programs and wielded the fence. God put a new director there who is a Christian and they want us to minister there 366!)

I know it's late to announce this trip, but if God is laying on your heart to work with
orphans, join me this summer at the ROC camp. I will be a camp director together with other Radooga staff and Sergey Zaychenko. Camp dates are July 7-19. The cost is the same as other Radooga camps $. Registration and logistics are carried out by our partner ministry Servant Life.

In Ukraine we say that "a thread from the whole world can make a shirt for the naked". These kids need help and if you decide just like we did at Radooga that despite our busy schedules and lack of money we can make a difference in the lives of 100 kids who can't wait until 2009, you will see God's face reflected in the faces of the orphans who experienced His Love maybe for the first time.

Support Radooga
If I were to share all the new ministries we are praying about starting at Radooga you would probably never finish reading it. God is showing us more and more opportunities in Ukraine and abroad to glorify Him. A team of 7 full-time staff was called to have only a part in these ministries. The rest if YOURS!
Please, support Radooga in prayer and donations by sponsoring a child to go through the year of youth ministry with us.

Grace,
Oleg Vasilevsky
